About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive – Fresher to support business development and sales activities for our industrial manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, developing new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B/industrial customers and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market research, online platforms, industry databases and customer references.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and production teams.
- Make introductory calls and emails to prospective customers.
- Visit customers and industrial establishments as required.
- Prepare and share company/product presentations with prospective customers.
- Support preparation of quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries,



quotations and order status.
- Maintain customer and enquiry databases and update the CRM/sales tracker.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarification, costing, production and delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Study market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and annual business development targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and learning ability can apply.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, sheet metal/fabrication or industrial products will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Solid interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to interact with industrial customers.
- Should be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work at Sri City and travel as required.
