Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sales performance of assigned territory, including supermarkets and HORECA channels.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail outlets to drive business growth.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective communication with customers.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch current products and promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably in a similar role (Sales Officer).

- B.Com degree from any specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of retail operations, particularly in supermarkets and HORECA channels.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
