Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling of mortgage products.

- Identify recent business opportunities by prospecting for leads and converting them into potential customers.

- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in mortgage loans or related fields (NBFC).

- Strong knowledge of mortgage sales processes, regulations, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
