Role & responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Skill Set Description
Experience
- Manage delivery of AP activities as per the agreement with client
- Lead and manage the team for AP processes
- First level escalation for process owners/Infosys AP team
- Review and Approve of Invoice, payment proposal
- Deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives
- Identify transformational initiatives
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
- Track service level metrics
- University graduate/ Post Graduate with 8-10 years of education with 3-5 years of prior work experience in Accounts Payable processes
- Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas
- Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines
- Positive Analytical & Aptitude Skills
- Experience in Workday ERP preferable
