ROLES &KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own the overall HR agenda for the hospital, aligned with business and patient-care priorities.
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, deployment and retention across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Monitor key HR metrics, manpower cost, attrition, hiring TAT and productivity and drive corrective actions.
- Partner with HODs on performance management,



productivity, capability building and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement, culture, employee relations and grievance management.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, compliance and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievance and complaints applicable.
- Drive change management and people interventions for recent services, expansion and operational requirements.
- Act as the HR advisor to the Unit Head and senior leadership team on people-related matters.

- Master of HR Management

- 14 Years to 18 Years Experience.
