We are looking for experienced and driven IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad.

? Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end IT recruitment for UK & Poland/European clients
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean & X-ray search
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- Handle candidate engagement, interview coordination and follow-ups
- Manage salary/rate negotiations and offer closures
- Build robust talent pipelines across UK & Poland
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders




- Maintain ATS/CRM records and recruitment trackers
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets

? What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong UK / Poland / European IT recruitment experience

✅ Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills

✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean search

✅ Good understanding of IT technologies and European hiring markets

✅ Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills

✅ Candidates currently based in Hyderabad preferred
