Job Overview

Best Feedback Solutions is looking for a motivated UK Sales Development Executive to support B2B and B2C sales activities for the UK market. The role will involve identifying potential customers, researching relevant prospects, making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and generating qualified sales opportunities for the assigned products/services.

The candidate should have excellent spoken English, clear and professional pronunciation, and the ability to communicate naturally with UK customers. Familiarity with UK customer communication and calling etiquette will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B and B2C customers in the UK for the assigned product/service.
- Build and maintain prospect/customer databases using online research and available business sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective UK customers and introduce the relevant product/service.
- Understand customer requirements, assess their level of interest, and qualify potential leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, email, or other approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, lead status, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling, lead-generation, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/management team for qualified leads and potential conversions.
- Maintain professional communication and follow appropriate UK calling etiquette.
- Ensure all customer and company information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies.
- Consistently follow up with prospects until the lead is either converted,



scheduled for further follow-up, or marked as not interested.

Working Hours & Availability
- The shift will start at 2:00 PM and continue until 11:00 PM.
- The employee is required to be physically available at the Best Feedback Solutions office, Patiala, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the employee may complete the remaining shift hours by logging in from home, subject to company requirements and approval.
- The employee must remain available and actively engaged during the complete assigned shift.
- The role is primarily office-based, particularly during the 2:00 PM–9:00 PM period.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and solid verbal communication skills.
- Clear, professional, and easily understandable pronunciation suitable for UK customer interactions.
- Ability to communicate confidently with UK customers over the telephone.
- Good listening, questioning, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation.
- Good internet research and basic computer skills.
- Ability to maintain CRM/lead records and follow structured sales processes.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in an evening/UK-market shift.
- Prior experience in UK tele-sales, international calling, lead generation, business development, or customer acquisition will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with UK customers, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, capable of independently finding relevant prospects, and focused on converting conversations into genuine sales opportunities.
