Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design systems, with experience working closely with product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and responsive web and mobile interfaces.

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Develop and maintain UI/UX design systems and reusable components.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into user-focused design solutions.

- Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on feedback.

- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layouts, and visual design.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

- Support developers with design specifications and assets during implementation.





Required Skills

- 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

- Strong proficiency in Figma.

- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and usability testing.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems.

- Experience designing web and mobile applications.

- Good understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development workflows.

- Strong visual design, typography, layout, and interaction design skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working on SaaS, AI/ML, healthcare, or enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of accessibility and UX analytics.

- Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behavior.

- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or FigJam.
