"Infosys is seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused UIPath Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives for a leading retail/manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document business requirements, and support the delivery of intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments to prioritize automation use cases.
- Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and assist in Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with technical teams.




- Act as a liaison between business users and RPA developers to ensure accurate and complete requirement translation.
- Support change management, training, and adoption efforts for automation initiatives.
- Monitor automation performance against business KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the development of automation roadmaps and reusable assets within the CoE.
- Explore integration of Agentic AI capabilities to enhance automation with intelligent decision-making.

Project Management

- Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, RPA developers, and infrastructure teams.
