Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI & RPA UiPath Automation Engineer with strong expertise in UiPath RPA, Agentic AI, and AWS-based AI agent development using Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining intelligent, autonomous automation solutions that integrate enterprise systems, cloud services, and AI-driven decision-making capabilities. This role requires a blend of RPA excellence, cloud-native engineering, and agent-based AI, enabling scalable, secure, and intelligent business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation

- Build intelligent agents using Python integrating LLMs, workflows, tools, and event-driven logic
- Implement reasoning, planning, memory, and tool-usage capabilities within AI agents
- Develop AI-driven automation use cases such as self-healing bots, decision intelligence, orchestration agents, and predictive automation

RPA Development (UiPath)

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
- Implement REFramework, Dispatcher/Performer models, and reusable automation components
- Integrate UiPath bots with AI services, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Optimize bot performance, scalability, and reliability across environments
- Perform code reviews, exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring

AWS & Cloud Engineering

- Develop and deploy AI and automation services on AWS
- Build agent-backed services using:

- AWS Lambda

- EC2 / ECS
- S3

- API Gateway

- Step Functions

- EventBridge
- Integrate AWS AI/ML services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend as applicable)
- Ensure secure IAM roles, cost optimization,



scalability, and high availability

Python Development

- Write clean, productive, and scalable Python code for automation, AI agents, and cloud services
- Develop microservices, APIs, and background workers supporting automation workflows
- Implement asynchronous processing, multiprocessing, and event-driven patterns
- Write unit tests and follow best coding practices

Governance, Security & Best Practices

- Follow enterprise security standards, compliance requirements, and audit practices
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and error-handling mechanisms
- Maintain proper documentation, version control, and CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Experience in RPA using UiPath
- Strong experience in Agentic AI concepts
- Proficiency in Python for automation and AI development
- Solid experience working with AWS cloud services
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and system integrations
- Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

RPA Expertise

- UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots
- REFramework and enterprise-grade automation
- AI Center / Document Understanding

Agentic AI & Automation

- Experience building autonomous agents, tool-using agents, or workflow-based AI systems
- Understanding of prompt engineering, agent memory, reasoning, and orchestration
- Familiarity with LLM-based frameworks or AI orchestration tools (preferred)

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead complex automation initiatives
