Job Summary

Sysmantech Group is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to create modern, clean and user-friendly digital experiences across our growing portfolio of websites, web applications, dashboards and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in both UI Design and UX Design, with the ability to understand user requirements, business objectives and create practical digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications and dashboards.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Improve user experience based on user behaviour, feedback and business requirements.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components and UI guidelines.
- Work closely with developers, project managers and other teams.
- Convert business requirements into practical and easy-to-use interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Review developed websites and applications and identify UI/UX issues.
- Continuously improve existing websites, applications and digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency across different digital products and platforms.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX Design principles.
- Wireframing and prototyping.
- Responsive web design.
- Mobile UI design.
- User flows and information architecture.
- Design systems and reusable components.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, spacing and layout.
- Good understanding of modern web and mobile design trends.
- Ability to create clean, premium and practical interfaces.

Qualification

Degree, Diploma or relevant certification in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design or a related field is preferred.

Relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio will be given priority.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, skills and portfolio quality.
