- Delivering Product change by actively participating the daily stand ups, Sprint planning and product backlogs meetings.

- Anticipate non-functional requirements of the system being built and ensure that these are represented during Agile ceremonies.

- Design solutions to resolve functional and non-functional requirements.

- Define solutions for junior team members and ensure that solutions are correctly implemented.

- Building effective working relationship with the product owners and deliver the change for Large Holdings system

- Managing the impact assessment for the proposed change in the integrated technology environment, in particular understanding the impact of the proposed changes on all upstream and downstream systems

- Delivery of agreed change to time, quality and cost parameters

- Ensuring that all change is designed and implemented using best practices.

- Providing mentoring for new joiners within the team

- Support the application management function with Problem tickets and severity incidents.

- Asses team readiness of Agile and proactively managing any gaps to ensure positive agile delivery.

- Defining efficient processes to baseline code to manage the build activities using the continues integration across concurrent workstreams.

- Implement and act and assess team delivery utilizing the DevOps tools

- Design and implementation of automated unit test cases.





- Act as a point of contact with business users and manage UAT phases. Take ownership of UAT issues and communicate status clearly to the stakeholders.

- Hands on development using Angular JS (version 8 and above)/ HTML5 / CSS technologies delivering the functionality described in technical specifications.

- Ensuring the code written meets the predefined company and department standards.

- Reviewing code of junior team members to ensure that quality meets expectations.

- Package code for release into production

- Providing training to support team members upon implementation of new releases.

- Write release plans and coordinate release walkthroughs with the environment managers and Application management teams.

- Lead and conduct post implementation activities as per the Agile processes; hold sprint reviews and retrospectives, conduct root cause analysis.
