Key Responsibilities:

- Design user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing websites.
- Conduct user research and create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and maintain design systems.
- Focus on UX, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
- Design conversion-focused website experiences.
- Collaborate with developers for accurate design handoff and implementation.
- Use Figma and Generative AI tools for design and ideation.
- Review designs and improve the overall user experience and engagement.
- Experience with interactive design, motion design, and animations to create engaging and dynamic website experiences.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX & Website Design.




- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or diploma in Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, interaction design, and design systems.
- Understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing B2B, SaaS, eCommerce, technology, AI, and enterprise websites.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong visual design, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
