About The Job:

- We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead the visual and interaction design of elegant, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences.

- You will play a critical role in shaping our customers digital interactions with their products—bringing together aesthetic excellence, usability, and brand expression.

- Working closely with UX designers, researchers, and product teams, you’ll turn insights and wireframes into polished, production-ready designs that engage users and elevate customer and employee experience.

- You’ll help evolve design systems, champion visual consistency, and create Clientive interfaces that make complex interactions feel seamless—especially in environments where personalization and intelligent features are at play.

Essential Job Functions:

Interface & Interaction Design

- Design responsive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces for customer web and mobile applications.

- Translate wireframes, user flows, and strategic insights into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

- Ensure designs are pixel-perfect, Clientive, and grounded in real user behaviors and expectations.

Design Systems & Scalability

- Contribute to and help evolve design systems, components, and visual standards to ensure consistency across experiences and teams.

- Define and maintain design tokens and primitives (e.g., color, typography, spacing, elevation) as the foundation for scalable, consistent UI across platforms.





- Ensure the design system is token-driven, enabling easy theming, accessibility, and cross-platform implementation.

- Collaborate with developers to implement and QA UI designs with precision, ensuring the final product meets design intent.

- Advocate for UI consistency, performance, and scalability across platforms and touchpoints.

Collaboration & Craft

- Partner closely with UX designers, researchers, content designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine and improve UI design.

- Present design concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind visual and interaction decisions.

Customer-Centered & Future-Ready Design

- Design experiences that are both beautiful and functional—delivering clarity, delight, and confidence at every step of the user journey.

- Support the creation of dynamic, intelligent interfaces that respond to user data and preferences—especially in AI-enabled product environments.

- Incorporate accessibility best practices and inclusive design into every interface and component.

Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design, with a strong portfolio of customer-facing digital products.

- Expertise in up-to-date UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer) and interaction prototyping.

- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design for mobile-first environments.

- Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and motion in the context of interaction design.





- Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams and agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on enterprise-scale platforms or high-volume digital customer experiences.

- Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML/CSS/React) or close collaboration with dev teams.

- Exposure to designing for AI-driven or personalized user interfaces.

- Background in branding, animation, or motion design is a plus.
