About the opportunity

Medinex Workforce is offering a UI/UX Design Internship for freshers and entry-level candidates interested in user interface design, user experience, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and usability-focused digital products.

The internship provides practical exposure to the design process, from understanding user requirements and creating wireframes to developing interactive prototypes and refining interfaces based on feedback.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with designing user interfaces for websites and digital applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Convert product requirements and ideas into clear design concepts.
- Organize layouts, typography, spacing, colors, and visual elements consistently.
- Assist with basic UX research and competitor analysis.
- Identify usability issues and suggest design improvements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical to implement.
- Maintain reusable components and organized design files.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and iterate on designs.
- Prepare design presentations and explain design decisions.
- Support basic usability testing and document observations.
- Maintain design documentation and project assets.
