Role Description The UAV Systems Engineer will work on the design, integration, testing, and maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicle systems for a range of applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining system architectures, configuring and validating hardware and software components, and ensuring reliable operation of UAV platforms in field conditions. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, providing technical support to internal teams and clients, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering and operations groups to optimize system performance and safety.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Noida, requiring close coordination with manufacturing, service, and training teams.

Qualifications

- Hands-on Troubleshooting and Technical Support experience for complex hardware and software systems.
- System Administration capabilities for managing UAV control systems, networks, and related infrastructure.
- Experience with Ardupilot is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of avionics, control systems, and embedded electronics, preferably in UAV or aerospace domains.
- Proficiency with CAD tools, simulation software, and relevant programming or scripting languages (such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements for drones in India, and field testing practices is an advantage.
- 1+ years of experience in UAV Systems Engineering or a related field
- Freshers with hands-on experience in drone/UAV projects, competitions, research, or internships are also encouraged to apply
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a quick-paced R&D; environment
