Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate Java Developer with 5-7 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, experience with modern frameworks, and the ability to work in a cooperative Agile environment.

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Develop RESTful services and APIs for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams to integrate user-facing elements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver tasks within timelines

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP principles, and design patterns
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Hibernate




- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of multithreading, collections, and concurrency
- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to Have:

- Experience with DevOps practices
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies
- Prior experience in enterprise-level applications

- Base location: Pune
- Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
