Responsibilities:

- Lead design and engineering of exterior components (bumpers, grilles, claddings, lighting).
- Ensure fit, finish, durability, and compliance with regulations.
- Drive supplier technical reviews and validation (DVP&R;).
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers.

Requirements:

- Solid expertise in automotive exterior trim design and large plastic components.
- Knowledge of pedestrian protection regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD/PLM tools (CATIA, NX, Teamcenter).
- Education: B.E. in Mechanical/Polymer Engineering (Mandatory); M.E./M.Tech in Plastics Engineering (Preferred).
