About the Role

Flash Tech Consulting is looking for an experienced TRS Technician I to support onshore/offshore oil & gas operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tubular Running Services (TRS) and rig operations, including practical exposure to CAM/JAM units and Tongs. This position requires a technically competent professional who can work effectively in rotational field environments while maintaining high standards of safety, operational discipline, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform TRS activities in accordance with approved operational and safety procedures.
- Operate and support CAM/JAM units, Tongs, and associated TRS equipment.
- Assist with equipment preparation, inspection, rig-up, operation, rig-down, and maintenance.
- Support tubular running operations safely and efficiently at the rig site.
- Complete operational documentation, job reports, checklists, and other required records accurately.
- Identify and report equipment or operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with supervisors, rig crews, and other field personnel.
- Follow all applicable HSE policies,



procedures, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work requirements.
- Maintain a strong safety-first approach throughout field operations.
- Be prepared to work on onshore/offshore rotational assignments as required.

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in TRS / rig operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with CAM/JAM units and Tongs.
- Positive understanding of TRS equipment and field operating practices.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a rig-site team.
- Willingness and readiness for rotational assignments.
- Strong commitment to HSE and safe working practices.
- Ability to work in demanding field environments.
