Team Member Treasury-To monitor the performance of operations team and support them in closing open items & inter-departmental coordination. Also, to manage closing activities & audits.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or commerce

- 3 5 years of experience out of which ~ 1-2 years in accounting of Treasury instruments

- Good exposure in managing backend operations of Treasury instruments

Role & responsibilities

- Review of open Bank Reconciliation Statement items & intimate Ops. & trade finance team for timely accounting

- Follow-up with Business Units for open Bank Reconciliation Statement items

- Accounting of treasury instruments

- Prepare & submit MIS to BUs

- Identify areas/scope for process/system improvements

- Coordinate with banks/BUs for RTL/FTL statements & closure of open items

- Follow-up with banks for GST invoices & accounting thereof

- Responsible for all month closing activities i.e. amortization, accruals, revaluation etc.

- Preparation of audit schedules in line with GLs, desired format by auditors/Bus

- Coordinate with auditors for closure & resolution of their queries

- Support & UAT for current projects/robotics

- Review of direct/indirect compliances
