- Attend loom stoppages and breakdowns promptly.
- Identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
- Troubleshoot issues related to rapier heads, rapier tapes, grippers, weft insertion and weft selection systems.
- Rectify problems related to shedding, dobby/jacquard mechanisms, warp and weft control systems.
- Diagnose recurring loom faults and take corrective action to prevent repetition.
- Minimise loom stoppage time and improve machine availability.
- Set and adjust Dornier Rapier Looms according to fabric specifications.
- Carry out routine inspection of critical loom components
- Ensure proper lubrication and cleaning of loom components
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
