- This role starts with learning the essentials: speaking with clients, understanding what they’re looking for, managing bookings and payments, and helping trips run smoothly.
- As you gain experience, you’ll also have opportunities to accompany and lead WOW trips in India and abroad.



Depending on the trip calendar and your progress, that could eventually mean Ladakh, Sri Lanka, Bali, Europe and beyond.

What you’ll do In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and managing unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.

- Talk to clients, handle incoming inquiries, and collect payments
- Lead groups within India and Worldwide.
- Hold conversations, facilitate memorable trips and collect stamps on your passport on the way
- Contribute to content creation and marketing materials

What we’re looking for

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confidence speaking with clients and following up on enquiries
- Good organisation, attention to detail and time management
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- A valid passport and willingness to travel

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales or customer service is helpful, but not essential.
