Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site work at event locations and office, plus some work-from-home flexibility.

The Travel

Consultant will plan and manage travel arrangements for team members, event hosts, and guests as needed, including booking transportation, accommodations, and related reservations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating itineraries around event schedules, optimizing travel costs, and ensuring timely, smooth travel experiences. The role involves regular communication with vendors, partners, and guests, resolving travel-related issues,



and maintaining accurate records of bookings and budgets.

The Travel

Consultant will collaborate with the events team to align travel logistics with event plans and provide proactive customer service before, during, and after events.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to plan, coordinate, and optimize travel logistics.
- Ability to handle Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking transportation and accommodations efficiently.
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction.
- Experience working with travel booking tools or platforms, and familiarity with vendor and partner coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple itineraries.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, events-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or events industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience in travel, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
