FabMyTrip is a growing travel company dedicated to creating memorable travel experiences across India. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our sales team and help travelers plan their perfect trips.

Role Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding travel requirements, recommending suitable packages, generating and converting sales leads, and assisting clients throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.

Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads.

Assist customers with package details, pricing, and booking processes.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.

Maintain customer records and sales reports.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotional offers.





Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or currently pursuing Masters in any discipline.

Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in sales is required.

Candidates with prior travel industry experience will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid sales and customer-handling skills.

Confident in speaking with customers over calls and messages.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

Experience in travel sales, tourism, or related industries will be an added advantage.
