1. About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ travel requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, assisting with bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel planning experience. Your expertise in travel options, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in helping our clients create memorable trips. 1. Key Responsibilities

Client Handling & Consultation · Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.

· Communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

· Recommend suitable destinations, travel packages, hotels, activities, and transportation options.

· Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and travel procedures.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

· Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.

Travel Package & Itinerary Planning

· Prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on customer requirements.

· Suggest suitable travel packages according to the client’s budget and preferences.

· Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to prepare quotations.

· Ensure all travel arrangements are properly communicated to the customer.

Sales & Business Development





· Follow up with prospective customers regularly.

· Explain packages, offers, pricing, and terms clearly to customers.

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel services.

· Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.

Booking & Coordination

· Assist with hotel, flight, transportation, sightseeing, activities, and other travel-related bookings.

· Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, transport providers, and other travel partners when required.

· Ensure booking details and customer information are accurate.

· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed trips.

· Assist customers before and during their travel whenever required.
