We are building a lean but high-impact team to launch and scale Flytravio into one of the most trusted travel platforms for modern travellers.

Role Overview

Flytravio is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel bookings and provide expert travel solutions to customers.

The role primarily involves handling airline reservations, ticketing, itinerary planning, and resolving travel-related queries. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GDS systems, fare rules, and ticketing processes, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking & Ticketing

- Handle international and domestic flight bookings for leisure and corporate travel
- Manage PNR creation, reissuance, cancellations, and modifications
- Process ticketing, refunds, and fare calculations as per airline policies
- Handle EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) transactions

Customer Interaction & Support

- Assist customers with travel queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Provide accurate information on itineraries, fares,



routes, and policies
- Offer travel solutions, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages

Issue Resolution

- Resolve customer concerns related to bookings, ticketing, and refunds
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of requests

System & Process Handling

- Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) for bookings and modifications
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems
- Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with airline and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or travel consulting
- Strong expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
- Knowledge of PNR handling, fare rules, ticketing, and refund processes
- Experience in handling international and domestic travel bookings
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in OTA, travel agency, or corporate travel management
- IATA certification or relevant travel certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of holiday packages and travel planning
- Experience handling international customer queries
