Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Ahmedabad.

The Travel

Consultant will advise customers on travel options, create tailored itineraries, and recommend suitable packages for both business and leisure travel.

Responsibilities include handling hotel and flight bookings, managing group and corporate travel requests, and ensuring accurate and timely reservations. The role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to travel arrangements.

The Travel





Consultant will also collaborate with suppliers, maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and promotions, and support the continuous improvement of Algaree’s travel offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and the ability to design customized itineraries and packages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing end-to-end travel services.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including hotel, flight, and group booking management.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on transparent communication, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Valuable knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, fares, and visa requirements.
- Proficiency with reservation systems, GDS tools, and common office software is preferred.
- Previous experience in a travel agency, corporate travel desk, or similar environment is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
