Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Agent role based in the Pune Division.

The Travel

Agent will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing customized itineraries, managing reservations and travel documentation, coordinating with airlines and suppliers, and ensuring accuracy in all bookings. The role involves providing proactive customer service,



suggesting suitable travel options, promoting special packages, and supporting corporate and MICE travel requirements.

The Travel

Agent will also track bookings, resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and company offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in travel reservations and travel arrangements, with the ability to manage end-to-end itineraries efficiently.
- Customer service capabilities, including clear communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving in a travel context.
- Experience with car rental coordination and related ground transport bookings.
- Sales skills to promote holiday packages, tours, and ancillary services while meeting individual and team targets.
- Familiarity with GDS or travel booking systems and basic knowledge of visa, ticketing, and forex processes.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prior experience in the travel industry or hospitality is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Pune Division and collaborating with colleagues across functions.
