Job Objective

Design technical solutions and costing proposals as per need of customer to run the business in an effective and structured manner. To drive TVS SCS & JVs Solutions strategy focused upon improving the quality of service, automation & solutions delivered to its clientele across sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Strategy

- Actively own the solution and influence/contribute to every stage of the sales process, Lead generation, requirement gathering, solution design and due diligence.
- Help the existing business to improve the productivity, cost and quality by re-designing the transport solutions including improving process, technology, operating model, planning & execution, to meet the customer needs and target budgets.
- Design end-to-end solution including understand requirements, validate data/scope, detailed Network design, Fleet design/type, assumptions, costing, SOPs, timelines, simulation, scenario/risk analysis, dependencies, terms & conditions.
- On time submission of proposal to the customer and maintain the TAT as per the customer requirement.
- Ensure that effective communication channels are setup among the solutions, Sales,



operations and technology teams to deliver solutions in line with the customer requirements.
- Ensure that any solution related issues and troubleshooting faced by the Strategic accounts are resolved as per accepted timelines
- Demonstrated ability in coordinating technical aspects of work for the successful completion of a project.
- On time submission of required report to the internal and external stakeholders.
- On time escalation of any discrepancy with the stakeholders on the solutions provided and resolve then and there.

Experience 3-7 years of industry experience in Transport Solutions, working knowledge of various solution methodologies, design & simulation tools, Network design/refine & optimization, solution components, types of fleet, operating costs own/vendor/leased, courier FTL/PTL/Rail, container/open body/cold chain, productivities, operating models and processes, market practices and standard terms & conditions, operations/technology/implementation aspects, transport technologies, systems and automations (TMS, GPS, FMS, APIs, Digital locks, MS Power BI, Tableau, CAD etc.) in a logistics organisation of repute.
