Role Description The Translation Project Manager (Visa, Immigration, USCIS) will oversee end-to-end translation workflows for legal and immigration-related documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for clients. This full time remote role involves coordinating translation requests, setting timelines, monitoring project progress, and managing communication between clients and internal teams.

The role includes reviewing translated outputs for quality, consistency, and compliance with visa, immigration, and USCIS requirements, as well as escalating issues or clarifying ambiguities when needed.

The Translation Project

Manager will guide customers through the platform, respond to inquiries, and provide proactive updates to maintain a smooth client experience.



Additional responsibilities include refining internal processes, contributing to best practices for legal and multilingual translation projects, and supporting product feedback to improve the AI translation workflow.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, explain processes clearly, and handle sensitive immigration and legal matters with professionalism.
- Candidates should possess Translation-related skills, including familiarity with multilingual documents and an understanding of terminology used in visa, immigration, and USCIS contexts.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and track multiple translation requests, meet deadlines, and coordinate stakeholders across different time zones.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills to review translations, identify errors or inconsistencies, and ensure that outputs meet legal, linguistic, and formatting standards.
- Relevant qualifications include experience working with visa, immigration, or legal documentation; comfort with technology and AI-based tools; and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in languages, translation, law, international relations, or a related field is beneficial, as is prior experience in translation project management or operations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate with global teams, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents is required.
