Mandatory Requirements

- Finance & Accounting domain experience, preferably AP, AR, etc.
- 810 years of core E2E transition experience.
- Experience managing complex transitions involving 50–100 FTEs, preferably in Finance.
- Proven experience in successful E2E transition project delivery.
- Experience working in dependent multi-agile team environments.
- Experience implementing RPA automation projects.
- Experience in project delivery, building, and sustaining high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in onsite/offshore environments.

Job Purpose
- Manage end-to-end transition execution for a specific project/workstream within a programme.
- Ensure transition execution follows professional programme and project management practices.
- Ensure activities are delivered on schedule, within agreed quality standards, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transition execution for specific projects/workstreams.
- Work with change managers to ensure communication and training materials are developed and change is delivered as planned.
- Ensure the defined programme approach and methodology are consistently applied.
- Ensure compliance with the prescribed transition methodology.
- Manage project plans and project logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure project costs are well defined and projects are completed within budget.
- Provide weekly/monthly project updates.




- Establish and maintain project schedules and ensure targets are met.
- Conduct appropriate project assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare, agree, and implement transition plans for projects moving into operations.
- Report project and schedule variances from plan in a timely manner.

Delivery Experience
- Transition experience in third-party organizations such as Genpact, Accenture, WNS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc.
- Candidates from Big 4 organizations with rich and relevant transition experience are also suitable.
- Experience managing complex transitions involving 50–100 FTEs, preferably in Finance.
- Experience working in dependent multi-agile team environments.
- Successful delivery of E2E transition projects.
- Experience working in onsite/offshore setups with requirements coming from multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to provide consultation, high-level solutions, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience implementing RPA automation projects.

Domain Finance & Accounting – AP, AR, etc.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
