- Duration: 4-6 months with potential to convert into a regular role depending on the performance.
- Starting stipend is Rs 14k/month. There is performance-based bonus paid after the training period.

Responsibilities:

- Learn and lead organic certifications for company's products
- Assist and manage end-to-end procurement to production and shipping: procurement, processing, packaging, and shipping of the sweets and snacks products
- Assist and manage office and food processing facility




- Maintain professional communications with customers and suppliers
- Design and create online marketing material, including posters, banners, online stories and posts
- Manage online and offline sales and marketing including preparing the marketing and sales material
- Manage marketing on various social media outlets - facebook, instagram, linkedin and others
- Occasional visits to the suppliers/vendors, mostly in NCR area
- Manage the stalls at malls and farmers markets on weekends/early mornings/evenings
- Enhance and manage the company's website
- Any other tasks that come up - we are a startup company

Qualifications:

- Recent graduates with food processing/technology degrees
- Proficiency in English and Hindi writing and speaking
- Persons with leadership and self-driving capabilities will be successful in this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in design tools
- Proficiency or ability to learn quickly Google docs, google spreadsheet or Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise, and lead the work
