1 ) Designing of jig - fixtures for pipes and other plastic components on Catia V5 software
- Creating 2d drawings of designed jig - fixture and machine on CATIA and AutoCad
- Creating .step files
- Monitoring manufacturing activities
- Updated and modify the design as per senior suggestion
- Design with the consideration of manufacturing and machining processes
Required skills
- Proven expertise as a mechanical engineer, Proficiency in Mechanical designs.
- Hands-on experience of CATIA V5 SOFTWARE
- Understanding of Engineering Drawings, engineering processes & manufacturing terms
- Strong Knowledge of mechanical engineering.
- Problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Robust organization and Communications Skills
