About the Internship

Agrolt Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and technically sound Engineering graduates/diploma holders to join our Production team as Trainee Engineers. This internship offers practical exposure to manufacturing operations, production planning, quality coordination, shop-floor processes, and continuous improvement activities.

The selected intern will work closely with the Production Head and manufacturing team to learn real-world production systems in structural engineering fittings and greenhouse infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily production planning and shop-floor coordination.
- Monitor production progress against planned quantities and timelines.
- Assist in maintaining production reports, machine-wise data, and work-in-progress records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance teams for smooth production flow.
- Help identify production delays, material shortages, and process deviations.
- Support implementation of 5S, safety, housekeeping, and workplace discipline practices.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports.
- Participate in quality checks and documentation as guided by the supervisor.




- Learn and support productivity-improvement and waste-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and shop-floor discipline.

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
- Freshers or students seeking industrial internship exposure may apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn hands-on production activities.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
