Job Title: Trainee Analyst

Location: Fully Remote (anywhere in India)

Duration: 1 year (with possibility of a full-time offer based on performance)

Salary: Rs. 10,000/month (fixed)

Workdays: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM

About the Role

TeamK is inviting applications from motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Trainee Analysts. This is a one-year paid internship designed to identify and nurture people with the right blend of curiosity, problem-solving ability and digital fluency. Selected trainees will work on impactful, real-world projects in areas such as online threat detection, Generative AI applications and hate speech monitoring.

No prior work experience is required, and we actively encourage freshers and recent graduates to apply. What matters is a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, follow detailed instructions and work independently in a remote setting. Those who successfully complete the internship will be considered for full-time analyst positions at TeamK.

Key Responsibilities

Trainees will receive in-depth training and will work on assignments such as:

- Analysing content for potential online threats (for example, identifying CSAM using contextual clues and metadata).
- Creating, testing and refining prompts to extract insights from Generative AI tools.
- Reviewing social media content or transcripts to flag hate speech based on given definitions and examples.
- Classifying large volumes of content accurately, following ethical and legal guidelines.
- Contributing to live client projects under the supervision of senior analysts.
- Preparing reports and documentation for assigned tasks.
- Collaborating via Slack, Google Meet and other remote work tools.

Skills and Personal Attributes Required

We are looking for trainable, tech-savvy individuals with strong core abilities. Prior experience in cybersecurity, GenAI or content moderation is not needed,



but the following are essential:

Essential Skills

- Very high proficiency in operating a laptop or computer, including file management, keyboard shortcuts, browser use and resolving everyday technical issues without assistance.
- Solid internet and web search skills: the ability to locate, verify and cross-check information quickly using search engines, social media platforms and open-source research tools.
- Confident, everyday use of office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as Google Docs and Sheets.
- Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, including writing effective prompts and critically evaluating their outputs.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English (comprehension and documentation are key).
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to project-specific guidelines.
- Capability to work independently, manage time and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Traits

- Curiosity about the online threat landscape, misinformation and AI technologies.
- A strong ethical compass and emotional maturity when dealing with sensitive or disturbing content.
- Basic exposure to tools such as Notion, prompt engineering platforms, or AI-based writing or image tools.

Minimum Technical Requirements

- A personal laptop (minimum i5 processor, 8GB RAM, SSD recommended).
- A fibre-optic internet connection with stable upload and download speeds.
- Power backup at home to ensure work continuity.
