Job Summary: We are looking for a Graduate candidate with a Hardware & Networking qualification to provide desktop support and shared site support. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily IT support activities, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite and shared site IT support.

- Attend and resolve tickets logged in the Global Support Portal.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems.

- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and network issues.

- Resolve Outlook and email-related issues.

- Support O365 migrations, domain management, and antivirus activities.

- Handle asset allocation, movement, and inventory-related tasks.

- Perform other IT support activities as required.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Hardware & Networking certification/course is mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and desktop support.

- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
