About The Role We are looking for an experienced Trading Desk IT Support Engineer (L2 / L2+) to support mission-critical trading applications in a live market environment. The role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, production support, and ensuring minimal downtime for critical trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for trading applications including Omnesys (NEST), NEAT, BOLT, and Greek.
- Manage and troubleshoot FIX connectivity and related issues.
- Perform EOD/BOD activities for trading applications and risk management tools.
- Handle critical production issues during live market hours with minimal downtime.
- Deploy patches and upgrades across UAT and Production environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers supporting trading applications.
- Support infrastructure at NSE, BSE, and MCX Colo Data Centers.
- Manage Active Directory, user access, and permissions.
- Monitor trading networks and support low-latency infrastructure.




- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and technical escalations.
- Perform daily backup activities and ensure security compliance.
- Support Bloomberg terminals and other trading-related applications.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in a Trading / Capital Markets environment.
- Hands-on experience with NEST / NEAT / BOLT or similar trading applications.
- Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol and connectivity.
- Proven experience in L2 Production Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, live trading environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with traders and dealers.

Valuable to Have
- Exposure to Algo Trading environments.
- Experience with NSE/BSE/MCX Colo Data Centers.
- Knowledge of VMware / Virtualization.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and IT security practices.
- Experience supporting similar BFSI / Capital Markets clients.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience supporting trading infrastructure or BFSI clients will be preferred.
