Role Description The Trainee Business Development Executive (BDE) will support the sales and business development team in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching prospects and markets, assisting in lead generation, preparing presentations and proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, responding to client inquiries,



and participating in meetings or calls with potential clients under the guidance of senior executives.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad.

Experience : Fresher to 6 months.

Preferred Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts and a keen interest in IT services.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, presentations) and willingness to learn CRM or sales software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
