We are seeking a dedicated skilled to support trade-related activities. This role involves acting as a lead and may require participation in client meetings. The individual will serve as a client point of contact for settlement, trade confirmations, corporate actions, dividends, and payment queries. Additionally, the role requires acting as a liaison with back-office settlement teams to provide effective solutions to various queries.
Prior experience or knowledge of the following financial products is a plus: credit default swaps, credit spread options, interest rate swaps, bonds, loans, and equity options.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support for trade-related activities and act as a lead in relevant processes.
- Engage in client meetings and serve as a primary point of contact for various client queries.
- Liaise with back-office settlement teams to address and resolve queries efficiently.
- Utilize fee billing knowledge and excel skills to enhance operational efficiency.
