We are hiring for a Trade & FX Counsellor role with a leading private sector bank.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Trade & FX business, revenue and foreign currency throughput across assigned branches.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products.
- Support customer acquisition and portfolio growth through joint calls with Sales/Relationship teams.
- Manage and resolve customer requirements by coordinating with Operations, Product and central teams.
- Train and coach branch sales teams on Trade & FX products, processes and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for product penetration and cross-sell.
- Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to identify business-growth opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to defined processes and service standards.
Ideal Candidate
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, FX, Transaction Banking or Branch Banking.
- Robust knowledge of Trade & FX products and processes.
- Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
