Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated TPM Engineer to join our operational team in Vallakottai, Kanchipuram. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars, drive workplace organization through 5S, promote Kaizen continuous improvement culture, and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize machine availability.

Key Responsibilities

- TPM Deployment: Drive and sustain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities across manufacturing lines.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead 5S implementation, organize Kaizen events, and encourage root-cause problem-solving to eliminate operational losses.
- Loss Reduction & OEE: Analyze downtime and machine efficiency metrics to reduce equipment breakdowns and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).




- Cross-Functional Support: Work alongside Maintenance and Production teams to establish standard operating procedures and autonomous maintenance checks.
- Reporting & Audits: Conduct regular 5S and TPM audits, maintain performance dashboards, and report KPI progress to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in TPM implementation within a manufacturing environment.
- Core Skills: Expertise in TPM pillars, 5S, Kaizen, breakdown root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, data analysis skills, and effective cross-departmental coordination

Pay: ₹661,900.62 - ₹2,299,390.82 per year
