JOB ROLE: TOOLS MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: Oragadam
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS (Tool Room / Tool Maintenance experience preferred)
QUALIFICATION: DIPLOMA / B.E., MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT: TOOL ROOM / MAINTENANCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and production tools.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and attend tool-related breakdowns.
- Monitor tool condition, tool life and replacement needs.
- Support production for tool-related issues.
- Maintain tool maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure proper tool storage, 5S and safety compliance.
