Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tool Room qualified with strong expertise in Graphite, Die & Mould and precision tooling. The candidate will be responsible for tool-room operations, tooling development, machining coordination, maintenance and ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Tool Room activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle development, manufacturing and maintenance of dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures and precision tools.
- Work with graphite components and graphite machining processes.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, tool drawings and specifications.
- Plan machining and tooling activities as per production requirements.
- Coordinate CNC, VMC, EDM, grinding and other machining operations.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, tolerances and surface-finish requirements.
- Monitor tool and mould maintenance, repair and modification activities.




- Identify tooling issues and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design and Engineering teams.
- Maintain tool-room records, tool history and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, tools and manpower.
- Monitor tool wear, breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
- Support continuous improvement in tooling processes, productivity and cost reduction.

Required Skills

- ✅ Solid knowledge of Tool Room operations

✅ Hands-on experience in Die & Mould manufacturing ✅ Good knowledge of Graphite machining and tooling

✅ Knowledge of CNC / VMC / EDM / Grinding processes

✅ Ability to read engineering and tool drawings

✅ Strong understanding of GD&T; and dimensional tolerances

✅ Tool maintenance, repair and modification skills

✅ Team handling and coordination abilities

✅ Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

✅ Strong focus on quality, precision and productivity

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
