Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete tool setting and trial activities for Progressive Tools and Deep Draw operations.

- Monitor stage-wise operations, ensuring proper alignment, clearance, and load distribution.

- Control critical process parameters including lubrication, cushion pressure, material flow, and tonnage.

- Identify and troubleshoot defects such as cracks, wrinkles, uneven drawing, burr formation, and dimensional variations.

- Coordinate with Tool Room and Maintenance teams for tool corrections and preventive maintenance.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection and rework.

- Support process optimization to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

- Train operators on proper handling, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of Progressive and Deep Draw tools.





- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Identify supply, quality, and operational risks related to direct materials and consumables and coordinate mitigation actions.

- Ensure suppliers comply with Quality, EHS, statutory, and contractual requirements.
