Key Responsibilities

- Drive project sales and achieve assigned revenue targets in the territory.

- Identify and develop business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, government departments, and institutional customers.

- Generate specifications and approvals for the company's products in upcoming and ongoing projects.

- Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including electrical consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and developers.

- Track project pipelines and provide regular updates on project status, competition, and market developments.

- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth execution of project orders.

- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to promote company solutions.

- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing,



and current project opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, technical support, order processing, and project execution.

Requirements

- Graduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 38 years of experience in Project Sales within Electrical, Lighting, Switchgear, Building Materials, Automation, HVAC, or allied industries.

- Strong network among architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and institutional customers in the Meerut region.

- Experience in specification selling and project management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
