Position: Full Search – Title Search

Florida (FL)

Texas (TX)

California (CA)

Nationwide Search Experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform Full Title Searches for US residential properties.

Research and examine property records using online county/public record databases.

Review Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, Judgments, Taxes, Releases, Assignments and other property-related documents.

Identify the current and previous owners of the property and establish the chain of title.

Check for outstanding liens, judgments, mortgages, easements, restrictions and other encumbrances.





Analyze public records to determine potential title issues affecting the property.

Prepare accurate and detailed Title Search Reports / Search Packages.

Ensure searches are completed within defined quality and turnaround-time (TAT) requirements.

with internal teams to clarify title-related findings and discrepancies.

Maintain high accuracy while handling multiple searches within deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with hands-on Full Search / 30-Year Search / 40-Year Search / 60-Year Search experience in US residential mortgage/title operations will be preferred.
