- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TISAX Consultant to independently drive TISAX assessment and compliance activities.
- The resource will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and vendors, manage assessment activities end-to-end, prepare assessment checklists, review evidences, conduct discussions, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive assessment reports with minimal supervision.

Essential Job Functions:

- Independently lead TISAX assessment and compliance engagements from initiation to closure.
- Act as the primary interface with internal stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and external parties for information gathering and assessment activities.
- Conduct independent discussions, workshops, interviews, and evidence review sessions with vendors and business teams.
- Prepare detailed TISAX assessment questionnaires, checklists, and evidence requirements.
- Review policies, procedures, standards, technical controls, and operational processes against TISAX requirements.
- Perform gap assessments and identify compliance deficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze assessment findings and provide practical remediation recommendations.
- Track evidence collection, assessment progress, and closure of identified gaps.
- Prepare assessment reports, executive summaries, compliance dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support organizations in achieving and maintaining TISAX compliance maturity.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Information Security, HR, Facilities, Legal, Procurement, and Engineering teams.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate assessment outcomes to management.
- Maintain assessment documentation and ensure audit readiness throughout the engagement.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, ISO 27001, TISAX, or related compliance domains.
- Strong understanding of TISAX, ISO 27001, Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and risk management principles.
- Experience conducting independent assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
- Ability to interpret security controls and map them to TISAX requirements.
- Experience reviewing security policies, standards, procedures, and technical evidences.
- Excellent report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- TISAX Assessor/Practitioner experience.
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certification.
- Experience in automotive cybersecurity and supplier security assessments.
