About the Role

We are looking for an experienced TIG Stainless Steel Welder to join our caravan manufacturing unit at Jatni, Khordha. The candidate should have robust practical experience in TIG welding, particularly stainless-steel welding and fabrication.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling welding activities while maintaining proper quality, finish, and accuracy required for caravan manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components and structures.
- Carry out welding and fabrication work as per drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Prepare, fit, align,



and weld stainless steel components accurately.
- Ensure proper weld quality, strength, finish, and appearance.
- Inspect welded joints and identify welding defects or quality issues.
- Handle welding tools, equipment, and related fabrication tools safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.
- Coordinate with fabrication and production team members to complete work within timelines.
- Follow safety procedures and proper welding practices.
- Perform other welding and fabrication activities as required in caravan manufacturing.
