- Provide L2 and L3 support for TIBCO EBX MDM platform and related business applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA targets.
- Support Master Data domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, Material, Reference Data, and Organizational data.
- Manage workflows, data models, validation rules, permissions, and hierarchy management within EBX.
- Monitor integrations with SAP, ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, ETL, and other enterprise systems.
