About the Role

We are looking for a Welder Assistant with basic to valuable hands-on knowledge of TIG welding to support welding and stainless-steel fabrication activities at our caravan manufacturing unit in Jatni, Khordha.

The candidate will work closely with the main welder and fabrication team and assist in preparing, fitting, holding, and finishing stainless steel components.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist welders in TIG welding and stainless-steel fabrication activities.
- Support preparation and positioning of components before welding.
- Assist in cutting, grinding, cleaning, fitting, and finishing of metal components.




- Hold and align components as instructed by the welder.
- Assist in handling and maintaining welding and fabrication tools.
- Perform basic TIG welding activities as per skill level and supervision.
- Clean and prepare welding surfaces before and after welding.
- Assist in checking finished joints and components for basic quality requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
- Follow instructions from the senior welder and production supervisor.
- Support the fabrication team in completing assigned work on time.
